        Overview

        CF2068H is a 2-phase hybrid stepping motor driver   based on DSP control. It is a new generation of digital stepping motor drive   which combines advanced DSP control chip and 2-phase inverter drive module. The   drive’s voltage is between AC18V-80V, adapter current is below 7.2A and 57-110MM diameter of all kinds of 2-phase   hybrid stepping motors. It uses a similar servo control circuit, which can   make the motor running smoothly, almost no vibration and noise. When the   motor is at high speed, its torque is much higher than other hybrid stepping motors.   Positioning accuracy is up to 40,000 steps / turn. The product is widely used   in engraving machine, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computer embroidery   machine, packaging machinery and other high resolution, large and   medium-sized CNC equipment.

        The maximum response   frequency is up to 200KPPS

        When a stepping   pulse stops more than 1.5S, the coil current will be automatically reduced to   half of the set current

        Optical isolation   signal input / output

        Drive current 2.0A   / phase to 6.0A / phase 16 scales adjustable

        Single power   input, voltage range: AC18-80V

        The phase memory   function (Note: When the drive stops for more than 3 seconds, it will   automatically memorize the motor phase then re-energizes. When the WF signal   goes from low to high, the drive will automatically recover the motor phase.)

            

        Current  Setting

        The operating current of the drive is set by the SW1-3 terminals, which   switch for normal working output current (See the table below).

        1. Input voltage cannot exceed AC 80V.

        2. Input control signal level is 5V. When higher than 5V, it needs to connect to a current limiting resistor.

        3. Input pulse signal’s falling edge is valid.

        4. The fault indicator Fault light will be on when the drive’s temperature exceeds 80℃ and stops working. Until the drive’s temperature drops to 50℃, it needs to re-power to resume work. Please install a radiator to protect excessing heat.

        5. When Fault light for over-current (load short-circuit) fault indicator is on, please check the motor wiring and other short-circuit faults, then Re-power the motor for recovery after cleaning faults.

        6. When Fault light for no-motor fault indicator is on, please check the motor wiring, then re-power for recovery after cleaning faults.
